When to take CBD?
Establishing a regimen is key. Most people start out taking the same amount every day – upon waking up, pre-workout, post-workout, at bedtime. Pick a time and stick to it.
We recommend taking an oil based formulation to start out with, which will help regulate the amount of CBD throughout the day. Keeping a journal of the amounts you take will really help you keep track.
